Enabling digitalisation with AI and ML

Smart Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) integrates disparate HVAC equipment on a single platform to unify data and controls. It leverages sensors to provide real-time data on building occupancy and cooling operations with added intelligence from external weather conditions. Using AI/ML, the system accurately measures and predicts building heat loads. These data-driven insights enable more effective responses to real-time cooling demands, improving energy efficiency.

Improving energy efficiency with precise zonal cooling

AI Airflow ensures building cooling is distributed precisely and evenly with smart airflow adjustments. These adjustments are powered by AI and sensors that provide real-time data on workspace environments and thermal comfort. This approach reduces overcooling in unused areas and improves overall energy efficiency.

Sustainable pre-cooling of fresh air with recovered cold energy

Leveraging our patented REEVAC® Deep Cooling technology, residual cold energy is recovered from the building’s exhaust air and channelled to deeply pre-cool incoming fresh air without using refrigerants, compressors or the building's chilled water. This reduces energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional systems, and cooled fresh air is delivered to the building to enhance air quality and indoor comfort.

Smart Lighting powers demand-based soft dimming and AI-based anticipatory lighting, providing up to 50% energy savings.

Precise management of building utilities

Smart Metering automates tenant submetering, enabling building owners and landlords to efficiently track and manage tenant utilities consumption and billing, enhancing operational processes and tenant engagement.

Carbon Monitoring enables round-the-clock monitoring of building operational data and energy usage analysis, driving data-driven decisions for energy efficiency measures. A carbon dashboard automatically tracks utilisation and enables conversion to GHG emissions, facilitating clear and transparent reporting.
