Improving Lives Through Charitable Gifts
We promote a culture of giving by enabling employee involvement to provide support and improve the lives of those in our community. We offer various avenues for contribution, including volunteering, financial donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions. This approach cultivates a spirit of generosity and responsibility, for a meaningful community impact.
Empowering Lives Through Education
We are committed to empowering communities through Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, to enable those in the community to create a brighter and better future. Such efforts include offering internships, education awards, and partnering with non-profit organisations and educational institutions to impart essential skills and knowledge.
Transforming Lives Through Technology and Innovation
We aspire to lead community betterment by leveraging our knowledge and expertise in technology and innovation. Our approach involves enabling and/or delivering solutions that address societal challenges and enhance the quality of lives.
Annual MOVEment to engage employees and do good
Keeping fit and healthy while doing good was the idea behind our employee engagement and fundraising flagship event, ST Engineering MOVEment. Launched in 2021, it has become a permanent fixture in our calendars across our offices globally.
The month-long initiative motivates employees to walk, run or cycle, and the Group pledges a donation for every kilometre or mile an employee covers. Funds raised are donated to select charities and organisations supported by the Group.
