Airport Operations Centre System
The platform is a single source of truth of where airport, flight and passenger data is being shared timely in a collaborative environment.
It enables airport stakeholders to have a one-glance visualisation of the airport operations at any point in time, with the most up-to-date situation of flights, passengers and bags to achieve efficient operations, anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
The Airport Operations Centre System (AOCS) equips stakeholders with intelligent decision tools such as predictive analytics utilising Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) models embedded into operational systems for accurate forecasting, and recommendation engines to help operators in effective planning and decision-making.
AOCS is a command, control and collaborative platform with these functionalities:
- Baseline Map: Display of aircraft telemetry, fixed and mobile resources in the airport
- A-CDM Information Portal: Enables the implementation of Airport Collaborative Decision Making in the airport
- Predictive Analytics: Anticipates upcoming issues at touchpoints
- Operational dashboard: Tracks key KPIs on the real time performance of the airport
- Incident Management Tool: Enables effective and prompt response to events
- Electronic – SOP: Standardised workflow which ensures consistency in responses to incidents
- Alerts: Flag out conflicts in a complex operating environment
- Decision Support: Compare trade-offs of actions and provide intelligent recommendations
Airport Analytics utilises AI and ML models to make an accurate forecast of operational information. Instances of airport analytics model includes:
- Dynamic aircraft taxi time prediction
- Passenger load prediction
- Passenger flow analysis to support resource allocation decisions
