Singapore, 16 July 2019 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that its dormant subsidiary, ST Electronics (Enterprise 1) Pte. Ltd. (STEE-E1), has applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore to remove its name from the Register pursuant to Section 344 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50.
This is part of ongoing efforts to streamline the Group’s corporate structure and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
