ST Engineering Closes Subsidiary In Brazil
Singapore, 26 December 2019 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that VT Systems Participações Ltda., a subsidiary of ST Engineering North America, Inc., has been closed as part of ongoing efforts to streamline the Group’s corporate structure.
The exercise is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible asset per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
