Singapore, 31 March 2017 – Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) has placed its subsidiary, Singapore Aerospace K.K. (SAKK) under voluntary liquidation. SAKK was set up as a marketing office in Japan for the aerospace sector in 1988. Its liquidation is a result of ongoing business review to streamline and optimise ST Aerospace’s marketing resources.
The liquidation of SAKK is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
